Bridge Run/Walk

I was able to complete the walk on Saturday. We actually even ran a little. My time was 1:43:46 which is not record breaking or anything but I was just glad to get through it. I may attempt to run it next year (no promises though :)). I think about 30,000 people ran/walked. The rain even held off for us so that was nice.




That night, my family went to a wedding for one of Clair's friends from high school. It was nice and the reception was good. We didn't stay long because Clair has been diagnosed with Bronchitis that afternoon. The next day Mom and I went to the Flowertown festival in Summerville for a little while to look around.

This weekend Clair, Jonathan, and Susan are coming to Clemson for the Solid Orange concert. It's a big two day outdoor festival and concert. The acts include The Whigs, The Movement, Wailers, Eddie Money, Wyclef Jean, Jason Reeves, Colbie Caillat, Casey Joe, and Rodney Atkins. The annual Orange and White football game is this weekend too. Hopefully the weather will be nice for the entire weekend.
