Washington, DC

I was in DC this past weekend. We left on Thursday the 19th and got back on Tuesday the 24th. We had a good time. Mom and I stayed with her friend in Virginia and My sister and her friend stayed with their friend from college. Friday we went shopping at a big mall and outlet. Then Saturday we went into DC. We went to the Holocaust museum, saw the Washington Monument, the Jefferson Memorial, The Vietnam memorial, the Korean memorial, and did paddle boats around the Potomac. On Sunday, we hung out at the house and had a cookout for some friends of the people we were staying with. Monday morning Mom and I went to Arlington Cemetery. It was neat to see the changing of the guards. That night I went to dinner with Jeremy and Mary and saw their house. It was good to hang out with them and see where they live. On Tuesday we came back to South Carolina and then it was back to work on Wednesday. Here are a few pictures below. The rest can be found here - DC Pics
