Vera Bradley Event

A little over a month ago my mom and I attended A Colorful Day. It was a Vera Bradley event in Charlotte. They provided breakfast and lunch and gave talks and lots of free stuff through out the day. We had a great time! There was this one lady that has made a quilt with every Vera Bradley pattern ever made. It was huge and I'm sure took a lot of work. She said that one of the patterns cost her $2,000 to get. I guess it was an old retired pattern. Below is a picture of the quilt. The lady that made it is in the back.

We heard the founders talk and also heard from their Foundation for Breast Cancer ambassador. After hearing her talk they gave everyone something from the Twirly Bird Pink collection. It was like being on Oprah with all the free stuff they gave us. Here is a link to a blog about the event: A Colorful Day

Here is all the stuff I got that they gave away that day:

The next one is in Chicago on Oct 13. Anyone up for going to that one? :)
